Paul Kroschewsky
As an agent who's an expert in this local area, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise about buying and selling real estate here. It's not the same everywhere, so you need someone you can trust for up-to-date information. I am eager to serve you. Here are some of the things I can do for you:
Find Your Next Home
You need someone who knows this area inside and out! I can work with you to find the right home at the right price for you, including all the neighborhood amenities that matter - not to mention the essential criteria you have for your ideal home
Sell a Home
When it's time to move, you need someone who will advertise your home, show to prospective buyers, negotiate the purchase contract, arrange financing, oversee the inspections, handle all necessary paperwork and supervise the closing. I can take care of everything you need, from start to close.
Consult on Home Selling Tactics
Oftentimes buyers don't visualize living in your home the way you do. I can make your home attractive to its ideal audience - which can help you get top dollar. Things like staging the home, making repairs or minor improvements, or even simply painting the walls can be the difference between a home resting on the market and one that's sold fast.
Testimonials
"Paul sold my Austin home that I had been in for years and needed some extensive updating. I followed his recommendations and had work done on my floors/walls, etc. We ended up selling for significantly more than the market value! What a blessing! Thank you, Paul!"

" Paul helped us find our first two houses, as well as sell our first house. He is such a dedicated real estate broker and really knows the market. When we decided to move, we did everything Paul told us to do...de clutter our home; paint; new carpet; new garage doors.... we did not want to do it, but our house sold in 5 days. The buyers told us it was the cleanest house they had seen. Then when we found our current house, it had already been under contract with another buyer who buyer backed out. We had to wait until our house closed and the sellers were skeptical and wanted to keep showing the house. Paul worked very closely with their agent and convinced them to hold on. We have now been in that house for 18 years. Paul is the only reason we have this house! We can’t recommend Paul highly enough! "
-Deborah, Client
"Our situation was difficult, our needs were complex, and our funds were limited. Nevertheless, Paul helped us to strategize and maximize our search efforts. He has an excellent understanding of the requirements for the particular type of loan we had been approved for, and he knew exactly how to help us go after houses that met all of our needs. He made himself available to us, often helping us to see houses the day they hit the market. He never gave up, even through setbacks. He was with us every step of the way and helped us to achieve our goal of home ownership, despite the many obstacles that we faced. With his help, we found the perfect house for all of our needs. If we ever decide to do this again, he'll be the first person that we call. I highly recommend Paul Kroschewsky!"

"Paul is a pro. He helped us sell our home in Lakeway in just two days. It was an older home and there were few like it on the market, so finding the right price--so that it would sell quickly and fairly--was challenging. It also wasn't a neighborhood in which he had sold many homes, but with his professionalism and years of experience, he was also able to guide us effectively. He was helpful finding subcontractors as we went through the process of making some repairs as requested by the buyer. We appreciated his insight and responsiveness throughout the process. Selling a home can be an emotional process for all of the family, and he was sensitive to that. I would recommend Paul to any of my friends looking to sell their home in Austin and surrounding communities."

Kroschewsky Real Estate
Paul Kroschewsky Broker
While Paul Kroschewsky was working on his graduate degree in Latin American Studies at the University of Texas at Austin in 1981, he offered to give his friend’s relatives, who were visiting from Europe, a tour of the area.
“When I finished, they said, ‘You’re so knowledgeable about the city and so communicative, if you ever thought of becoming a real estate agent, we think you’d be very successful,” says Paul, who speaks both Spanish and Portuguese. “That sparked something in me.”
Meet Paul Kroschewsky: Fifth-generation Central Texan, seasoned real estate expert, devoted grandfather, and dedicated volunteer.
“What I love most about being a Realtor is the satisfaction of providing excellent service and care to my clients,” says Paul. “I got into this business to help people with their real estate needs.”
With more than four decades of industry experience, including 20 years as an independent broker, Paul says he’s still thrilled to be involved in people’s lives as their trusted real estate expert and their ultimate client advocate while providing world class service in his field.
“Over the years I have gained the knowledge and skills that allow me to distinguish myself from the competition,” he says. “I have learned techniques and the ability to implement systems that allows sellers to obtain more from the sale of their homes. Similarly, I am able to assist buyers in the purchasing process with thorough due diligence, so we’re negotiating from the best position possible.”
Paul’s years of experience and sense of where the market has been and is going helps him to know what attracts the buyers who are most likely to purchase the home for the highest price.
Determining who is inhabiting a particular neighborhood or area, helps sellers market to those individuals.
As Paul and his wife of 41 years, Laura, have lived in South and North Austin, he enjoys a broad knowledge and is comfortable listing and selling homes in any part of the Greater Austin area.
“My philosophy and mission is to serve as I would expect to be served when purchasing or selling a home or property,” says Paul. “Most of the time it is the single largest investment a person or family makes, and I take the responsibility of assisting them very seriously.”
From starter homes to million-dollar listings, Paul says he loves working with clients at all stages of homeownership, whether they’re first time buyers, retirees who are downsizing, or seasoned investors.
“I love the challenge that working with buyers and sellers offers because everyone and every transaction is unique,” he says. “Where there’s a need, I’m going to help fulfill it.”
Paul credits his longevity in the business with making clients feel comfortable and confident, knowing they’re in good hands and achieving maximum profitability.
“I feel like my knowledge and experience combined with what I’m able to offer makes the home buying and selling process smooth and very successful. I’m able to have better relationships with my clients because I have learned to listen carefully and think out of the box.”
The father of three and grandfather of five makes time to give back to others in need.
“I do mission work in Guatemala, helping the poorest of the poor obtain clean water,” he says.
Using his trilingual abilities, Paul assists indigent farmers by going into the mountains to find clean spring water and then helps them access it by installing PVC pipes, a holding tank, and sinks.
“The availability of clean water reduces infant mortality and the cases of dysentery among the children and prevents the organs of children and adults from being destroyed by contaminated water,” Paul explains. “We take the availability of clean water in our homes for granted but in many countries throughout the world it is a precious commodity that the poor have very limited access to.”
He also helps pregnant women in crisis in the Austin area find services they need to deliver healthy babies. He is truly a Realtor for Life!
When he isn’t working with clients or volunteering, Paul and Laura enjoy spending time with their children and grandchildren.
“We love taking them to parks and swimming pools and going to their soccer and baseball games,” he says. “Austin’s been a great place to raise children and I am now enjoying five beautiful young grandchildren.”
Paul and Laura also treasure Austin’s thriving culinary scene as well as its live music offerings that is enhanced by the variety of people from all over the world who have moved here to thrive and raise their families.
